HELP CENTER
Answers, without the runaround.
A quick guide to my projects, products, servers, and how this site works.
01 / GETTING STARTED
What do I make?
Which games and platforms are in my work?
My projects and products cover FiveM, RedM, Roblox, and web interfaces. Check each project or product page for its platform, features, and requirements.
Can I request a custom project?
Send me a ticket through the Support page with your idea, platform, and any useful references. I’ll review the details and let you know if I can take it on.
Where can I see your previous work?
Browse my Portfolio and open a project to see its description, media, category, tags, and software used.
02 / PRODUCTS & ORDERS
How do I know what a product includes?
Open the product page and review its description, platform, version, and listed requirements before ordering. If something is unclear, ask through Support before purchasing.
Where can I find my order after purchase?
Sign in and open your account’s Transactions section to review your order status. Digital product access or delivery instructions depend on the listing and are shown through the purchase flow when available.
My payment went through, but I can’t access the product. What should I do?
Give the order a moment to update, then check Transactions again. If it still looks wrong, create a Support ticket and include the order details. Don’t post payment information publicly.
Can I request a refund?
Review the terms shown on the product or checkout page. For a specific order, contact me through Support with your order details so I can review it.
03 / ACCOUNT & COMMUNITY
How can I create an account or sign in?
You can register with email and password or use Discord. Google sign-in is currently unavailable. Use the account icon in the site header to open the sign-in or registration modal.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Open Sign in, choose Forgot password?, and enter your account email. Follow the secure reset link sent to your inbox. Check spam or junk if it doesn’t arrive.
Can I like, share, or comment on a project or product?
Use the controls on a project or product detail page. Sharing is available to everyone; liking and commenting require you to sign in.
04 / SERVERS & SUPPORT
Where can I see live server status?
Visit the Servers page. When a server is configured, its card can show live player information and a join link. Status depends on the server’s availability and FiveM’s public server API.
How do I contact you?
Sign in and create a ticket on the Support page. I’ll reply in the ticket thread so you can follow the conversation there.
Can I delete a support ticket?
Open the ticket and choose Delete. Deleting it also removes its conversation and can’t be undone.
Where can I report a bug or request a feature?
Create a Support ticket and include steps to reproduce the issue, what you expected to happen, and relevant screenshots or details. For feature requests, explain the problem you’re trying to solve.
05 / PLATFORM & STORAGE
What does Supabase do on GFXM?
Supabase powers account authentication, including email verification, password recovery, and Discord sign-in. It also stores website data such as portfolio projects, store products, categories, profiles, orders, and support tickets.
Why does my verification email mention Supabase?
Supabase currently sends GFXM’s authentication emails. The confirmation link returns you to the GFXM website. The sender name and email appearance can be branded further when GFXM uses a configured custom email provider.
What is Fivemanage used for?
Fivemanage stores uploaded media used on GFXM, such as profile avatars and images or videos attached to portfolio projects and products. It is used for media files; account authentication and website records are handled separately.
